Mother Cares My news bangladesh

A mom always cares for her child, even during tough times. No matter what happens, she stays close to her child like a shadow. Jochna Rani Dey is a 90-year-old mom who still loves her son very much, even though she is getting older.

Chanchal Kumar Dey, who is 58 years old, is getting treatment on the balcony of Khulna Medical College Hospital. His mother, Jochhana Rani, is taking care of him while he sits near his head. Chanchal Kumar has never been to this hospital before and he feels uncomfortable in this new place. He cannot move around easily by himself. However, his mother is his only support and hope during this difficult time.

On July 18, a Time TV reporter met a mother and son at Khulna Medical College Hospital. Some young people were taking care of them and giving them medicine. The young people helped them get admitted to the hospital because the son had a stroke at home on July 14 and there was no one to take him to the hospital. After four days, the young people found out about Khulna Blood Bank from locals and brought him to the hospital.

Chanchal Kumar and his mother take care of a house in Sonadanga. They live in a room next to the entrance. Chanchal had a stroke in 2018 and is now paralyzed and bedridden. His mother takes care of him. Chanchal grew up in Coal Ghat with four brothers, one sister, and their parents. He is the youngest of his siblings.

He left school in 1987 when he was in 10th grade. His father died and he had to leave his mother. He worked for a cable company. When he was 25 to 30 years old, he was attacked by robbers in Feni and became weak. He then worked in marketing for a glass company. He took care of his mother and didn’t get married because it was hard to support his family and he was sick. Two of his brothers passed away, but he has one brother living in Bagerhat and a sister who lives in India with her family.

Chanchal Kumar’s mom, Jochna Rani De, said that Chanchal has been stuck in bed for 6 years. He has to do everything from eating and drinking to cleaning the toilet. Even though he’s grown up, he’s still a little kid to his mom. They don’t have anyone to earn money, so they just get by with whatever they can find.

Tuhin Hossain, a volunteer at Khulna Blood Bank, got a call from the Sonadanga area. The caller said that a sick person had been lying in a house for 4 to 5 days. The person’s old mother was the only one at home and there was no one to take the sick person to the hospital. Tuhin and his team took the Khulna Blood Bank ambulance and admitted the sick person to the hospital. They provided all kinds of support, including buying all the necessary medicines. It was surprising to see that the sick person’s mother, despite her age, was taking care of him. The sick person was unable to walk properly on his own.

Chanchal Kumar got better after a week in the hospital and went back to the shelter. On August 27, the young people from Khulna Blood Bank brought them important things like rice, lentils, and oil.
