The BSF returned the physique after a flag assembly on the Baradi border in Damurhuda on Saturday night. The deceased are Sajedur Rahman (28), son of Haider Ali, and Khaja Moinuddin (30), son of Shariatullah.

Abdur Rahman, a member of Ward No. 6 of Parakrishnapur-Madna Union, stated that on the night time of December 16, Sajedur and Moinuddin Baradi crossed the border illegally and entered India. Each of them are cattle merchants. That night time they had been shot useless by BSF personnel of Gobindpur camp of Krishnaganj police station in India. 

Biplab Kumar Nath, OC of Darshana police station in Chuadanga, stated that earlier than Saturday night, a flag assembly was held close to 26 sub pillars of 82 principal pillars within the presence of BGB and BSF members of the border guards of the 2 nations. Officers of BSF and BGB had been current within the assembly. After handing over the useless physique, the deceased’s physique was dropped at their house in Chigharia village at night time.
