Farmer dies due to electrocution.Farmer Sada Mia died due to electrocution while irrigating paddy field at Kamar Char of Sherpur Sadar Upazila. The deceased is the son of Bahadur Ali of Goalpara village of Char Union of Sada Mia Kamar and father of 2 daughters and 2 sons.
According to family sources, the incident took place in the Char village of Payasti in the Char union of Kamar on Wednesday morning.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadar Police Station, Bachir Ahmed Badal, said that the police were dispatched to the spot after receiving the news of Sada Mia’s death due to electrocution.
