Girl Missing at Night Found Dead in Morning.The police recovered the body of a girl in Panchbibi Upazila of Joypurhat. The body was recovered from the side of an empty field in Dakshin Uchai area of the upazila on Tuesday (September 26) afternoon. The name of the deceased girl is Mocha. Babita Akhtar (15). She is the daughter of Mamunur Rashid of Dakshin Uchai area of the upazila. The family of the deceased said that on Monday (September 25) night, Babita and 3 brothers and sisters were watching TV after eating. Meanwhile, Babita goes to sleep. After some time her elder sister went to call her and she was not found in the house.
After searching the houses of neighbors and close relatives around the house, they did not find him. Finally on Tuesday morning, some local farmers found his body near a field while going to work in the field and informed the family. Later, the family informed the police station and the police came and recovered the body. Officer-in-Charge (OC) of PanchBB Police Station Md. Jahidul Haque said that after receiving the information the body was recovered from the spot and sent to the morgue. The matter will be investigated and legal action will be taken.
