At the same time, the court has issued a ruling asking why he will not be granted bail. The concerned have been asked to respond to the rule within seven days.

Mirza Fakhrul’s bail application in this case was on the agenda for hearing on December 4. Before this, on December 3, the BNP Secretary General applied for bail in the relevant branch of the High Court.
