JL leaders, activists warn BNP at Dhaka rally

“The BNP-Jamaat is a terrorist force… as long as they do politics in the country, they will continue to foil its peace,” Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil, general secretary of Jubo League, said at the rally.

“We will not engage into conflict; we will deal with them politically. But the Jubo League knows how to give a fitting reply if we are attacked,” said acting president of JL’s Dhaka city (south) unit Mainuddin Rana.

From the rally, the leaders also said they will show their organsiational strength in a grand rally to be held on Monday.

After the rally, the JL leaders and activists brought out a procession in front of the AL headquarters in the capital’s Gulistan.
