BNP will hold a mass meeting in the capital on October 28
The BNP has announced a general meeting in the capital Dhaka on October 28 to demand the government’s resignation and a unilateral government.
The party’s general secretary Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced this program in front of the central office in Nayapaltan on Wednesday. He said that the Mahayatra will start from the Mahasambesh on October 28, and the movement will continue till the fall.
Mirza Fakhrul said, ‘We will not stop after the next mass meeting. We will bring down this government of unrest through a peaceful program.’
Meanwhile, the leaders and activists of Dhaka and surrounding districts have joined today’s public meeting in Nayapaltan to realize one demand. On the occasion of the public meeting, the leaders and workers gathered in front of the party office in Nayapaltan from morning. A temporary stage was built by assembling six trucks.
BNP Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas, Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, Abdul Moin Khan, Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury and other senior leaders addressed the rally.
