Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of the Palestinian independence group Hamas, recently visited Tehran. During this visit, he met Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.A Hamas official said this in a speech broadcast on Al-Mayadeen television on Saturday.

Osama Hamdan, a senior official of Iran-backed Hamas, said this information. However, when and where exactly this meeting took place, the details of what was discussed in the meeting are not known.
Ismail Haniyeh, the top leader of Hamas, was seen giving a speech in Beirut. Haniya has been living between Qatar and Turkey since 2019.

Meanwhile, new attacks have been launched on the Israel-Lebanon border. The Israeli forces said that they attacked Hezbollah installations in the border area. At least two small Hezbollah units and several observation posts were targeted.

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict entered its 29th day on Saturday. More than 10,000 people have lost their lives in Israel’s indiscriminate attack on the Palestinian Gaza Strip in recent days. About 4,000 of them are children. Residents of the besieged valley are passing inhuman days due to lack of electricity, water, fuel, medicine, food and medical equipment. Refugee camps, schools and even hospitals have been attacked.

Hamas, the armed organization of the Palestinian independence movement, launched an ambush in Israel on October 7. The attack killed more than 1,400 people in Israel. From that day on, the Israeli forces began attacking Gaza to ‘eliminate’ Hamas. Recently they have also started ground operations in the valley.
