From tomorrow, a bhori of gold will value Tk 99,027.
Due to a decline in the value of pure gold on the native market, jewelers have lowered the value of gold for the home market by Tk 1,749 per bhori.
Every bhori, or 11.664 grams of 22-carat gold jewellery, would now value Tk 99,027 as an alternative of Tk 100,776 as of tomorrow. In accordance to a press launch from the Bangladesh Jewellers Affiliation (Bajus), the determination to align costs with the world market was made immediately.
